Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience.
- Strong project management skills: Great at multitasking and ability to manage multiple creative campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes.
- Agile project management: Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Experienced in project management tools such as Airtable.
- Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Digital advertising expertise (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google, TikTok Ads).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Develop and maintain creative project timelines, setting clear goals and expectations for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with channel managers to establish the creative analysis process and KPI adherence.
- Collaborate with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic goals.
- Implement project tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
- Maintain a healthy roster of external vendors while managing communication with them.
- Be the gatekeeper. Manage creative resources efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and file management.
- Collaborate with global teams across different time zones when required.
