Responsibilities

  • Support customers and potential customers with enquiries about products, services, and insurance via web chat and email.
  • Guide members through the claims process for bike and kit repair or replacement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B partners to assist riders.
  • Collaborate with the CX team across the UK and NL to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collate member feedback and produce actionable intel for decision making.
  • Engage in squad-based project work across Marketing, Product, or Technology teams.
