Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the technology sector.
- 8+ years in senior roles leading global or strategic alliances teams.
- Proven success scaling alliance strategies with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and open-source.
- Proficiency in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and AI technology stacks.
- Experience managing relationships with CSPs, GSIs, IHVs, OEMs, and ISVs.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute EDB's strategic alliances strategy aligned with corporate growth.
- Manage strategic ecosystem partners including Hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, and OEMs.
- Establish sell-with and sell-through GTM motions for EDB PG AI.
- Lead and mentor the Strategic Alliances Team to achieve growth objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value strategic agreements.
- Partner with Product leadership to accelerate AI-related product innovation.
- Develop frameworks to measure alliance success, ROI, and ecosystem impact.
