Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in channel development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within SMB or SaaS ecosystems
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow partner-driven revenue streams across complex organizations
  • Strong sales foundation with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and self-driven execution mindset
  • Experience with ecosystems such as QuickBooks/Intuit is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel or engage in partner-facing activities 50–60% of the time (in-person or virtual)

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute structured partner strategies to drive alignment, execution, and revenue growth across assigned alliances
  • Manage partner pipelines, forecast performance, and ensure consistent visibility into opportunity progression
  • Present value propositions and strategic messaging to stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking performance, identifying gaps, and aligning on growth opportunities
  • Support and contribute to partner marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, webinars, and co-marketing programs
  • Maintain accurate partner data, including profiles, contacts, and activity tracking in CRM and related systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to optimize partner success
