Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET, APIs, and database design.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and backend service development.
- Experience designing and building Power Apps solutions including canvas and model-driven applications with Dataverse.
- Solid understanding of Azure services and integration patterns including Logic Apps, Functions, and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, VBA, and enterprise automation frameworks is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex, distributed, and fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to JIRA, SaaS/PaaS environments, and Microsoft certifications (PL400, PL900) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and CoE best practices.
- Oversee a development pod, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support for complex automation initiatives.
- Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, .NET-based components, and Python-heavy automation frameworks.
- Develop and enhance Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Dataverse-based applications.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with global engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver scalable SaaS and PaaS-based automation solutions.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and DevOps practices for automation and application deployments.
- Work on Azure-based services including Logic Apps, Functions, and connectors to enable end-to-end system integration.
