Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production-grade systems
- Strong proficiency in GoLang, Python, or Node.js
- Hands-on AWS experience across services such as EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, RDS/Aurora, and IAM
- Experience designing and operating distributed, fault-tolerant, highly available systems
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora and MongoDB
- Experience with observability and monitoring solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
- Proven technical leadership experience driving projects end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality production features and platform capabilities aligned with sprint commitments
- Design and build highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems using AWS cloud services
- Architect and develop greenfield initiatives from the ground up
- Debug and resolve complex production issues across multiple services
- Lead technical design discussions for complex cross-service architectures
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on system design and code quality
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows across development and testing
