Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building internal tools, platforms, or developer-facing systems.
- Deep understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with CI/CD systems, build tooling, and developer environments.
- Experience with Design Systems and product tooling.
- Experience using or integrating AI coding tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Product mindset regarding internal tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and build product development workflows that improve speed and quality across the PDLC.
- Create tools and automation that improve the experience for Product Managers and Designers.
- Develop and scale AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude Code and internal agents.
- Create internal tools and platforms that standardize and simplify software building and shipping.
- Identify and solve productivity bottlenecks systematically.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to iterate on solutions.
- Improve developer feedback loops such as CI speed and test strategies.
- Measure and communicate productivity impact.
