Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in SaaS partner management, business development, or channel sales roles
- Proven background in managing technology partnerships and ecosystem-driven growth
- Strong experience in account mapping, partner operations, or related sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with external partners
- Hands-on approach with the ability to execute initiatives independently while contributing to broader strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and prioritize the ecosystem integrations roadmap aligned with business and market needs
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with technology partners based on Ideal Customer Profile alignment and mutual value creation
- Identify and develop joint sales opportunities across partner networks and internal commercial teams
- Lead the implementation and optimization of account mapping tools in partnership with operations and sales enablement teams
- Drive internal adoption of partner tools and insights to improve pipeline visibility and revenue generation
- Support partner-led and co-sell initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales targets and program compliance
- Deliver product and value demonstrations to partners and support partner-facing sales initiatives
