- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in remote-first environments
Responsibilities
- Own, operate, and maintain the architecture and infrastructure of our data stack (e.g. BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran)
- Ensure that the data we need to understand and serve our stakeholders is available, accurate, and accessible
- Partner with GTM, Self-Serve, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps to identify opportunities for analytics stack improvement
- Serve as the expert on data pipelines and data tools
- Create data processes and standard operating procedures using AI agent skills
- Own best practices for version control, documentation, and testing
