Requirements
- 3-5 years experience contributing to data modeling
- Experience with dbt
- Experience working with a wide variety of peers and stakeholders
- Experience creating and maintaining data quality tests and logic tests
- Established track record enabling stakeholders to use data
- A passion for understanding business questions and making data driven insights
- An understanding of coding agents & agentic coding practices and patterns
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with the monitoring, observability, log aggregation, or APM market
- Strong analytical, data processing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience implementing best practices for analytics, dashboarding, documentation, and testing
Responsibilities
- Own, operate, and maintain the architecture and infrastructure of our data stack (e.g. BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran)
- Ensure that the data we need to understand and serve our stakeholders is available, accurate, and accessible
- Partner with GTM, Self-Serve, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps to understand their data needs
- Become the go-to expert on our data pipeline, data tools, and what our data means
- Create data processes and standard operating procedures that leverage AI agent skills and rules
- Create and own best practices for version control, documentation, testing, and other data-related areas
