Requirements
- Strong data modeler with deep dbt and SQL expertise.
- 3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering or related role.
- Experience in a vertical SaaS or healthcare-adjacent data environment.
- AI-curious builder familiar with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Ability to build clean, scalable, well-documented models.
- Strong communication skills for translating data findings into business recommendations.
- Experience as an early or foundational data hire is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Moxie's Semantic Layer (dbt + Omni), build benchmarking and segmentation datasets.
- Enable embedded AI within Moxie Suite by developing high-quality datasets that power conversational analytics.
- Drive data trust by leading the Revenue Reconciliation & Operations workstream within Data Governance.
- Partner with BizOps to establish correlation and affinity metrics to assist Sales and PSM teams.
- Explore methods to transition from descriptive to predictive/prescriptive analytics.
