Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering with focus on test strategizing, planning, and management.
- 8 years of experience with SDLC and Software Testing lifecycles.
- 5 years of experience with Test Automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Rest Assured.
- 5 years of experience with API testing using Postman and SoapUI.
- 4 years of experience in a News Gathering or Television Production environment.
- 4 years of experience managing vendor resources and cross-functional collaboration.
- 4 years of experience with programming languages (Python, Java, TypeScript).
- 4 years of experience supporting CI/CD tool integration.
- 3 years of experience with performance engineering and security/penetration testing tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Design, manage, and automate test cases for functional, non-functional, and specialized testing.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
- Perform security, penetration, performance, and load testing using Nmap, Sqlmap, and JMeter.
- Lead and coordinate release readiness activities.
- Investigate production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Prepare quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Lead and mentor quality engineers on the team.
