Requirements

- At least 2 years managing or mentoring other PMs.
- Demonstrated expertise in product discovery, strategy, and opportunity statements.
- Experience with B2B data or intelligence products.
- Ability to synthesize complex market dynamics into a defensible product strategy.
- Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with government, military, or A&D supply chain (preferred).
- Knowledge of NSNs, CAGE codes, FSC, DLA systems, or federal procurement (preferred).
- Understanding of ITAR, DFARS, QPL/QML compliance (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Haystack Gold.
- Drive product discovery—customer interviews, competitive analysis, market sizing, and win/loss reviews.
- Own the product operating model: vision, OKRs, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and go-to-market alignment.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers.
- Build a culture of customer-centricity and outcome-over-output thinking.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging.
- Work closely with Engineering and Data to maintain a clear development pipeline.
- Present roadmap, strategy, and performance to executive stakeholders.
