Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., engineering).
- Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories in a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/MS 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and data analysis.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-25%).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of designated protocols from conception to close-out.
- Act as the primary client-facing lead for ongoing and new studies.
- Monitor operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budget.
- Manage project timelines, revenue goals, resource planning, and forecasting.
- Coordinate data management, inventory control, and shipping procedures.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate operational issues and out-of-scope work.
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
- Mentor junior Project Managers and provide internal consulting.
