Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT/BFSI recruitment.
  • Experience with broking clients is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MIS, Excel, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate psychology.
  • Proven ability to lead from the front and drive closures independently.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Result-oriented, adaptable, and coachable.
  • Graduate degree (B.Tech/B.E preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across Broking, Wealth Management, BFSI, and Financial domains.
  • Act as a client success partner by understanding JDs, business priorities, team structures, and expectations.
  • Build rapport and hold meaningful conversations with candidates to assess attitude, skills, and fit.
  • Use tact, empathy, and negotiation skills to onboard top talent.
  • Create and manage MIS, tracker sheets, and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Take ownership of follow-ups, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining coordination.
  • Communicate requirements clearly to sourcing teams and drive team collaboration.
  • Maintain strong coordination with clients and internal team for timely closures.
