Requirements
- 2+ years of Italy payroll experience.
- Proven, hands-on experience implementing Zucchetti Paghe Infinity.
- Strong understanding of payroll foundations (progressivi, CU logic, Uniemens structure, YTD handling).
- Experience with mid-year transitions, parallel payroll, and complex onboarding.
- Strong working knowledge of high-volume CCNLs (e.g., Commerce, Metalmeccanico).
- Experience in tech or high-growth environments.
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Expert legislative knowledge in Italy.
- Experience in accounting/reconciliations.
- Comfort using software tools like SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Italy payroll implementations: discovery, requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live.
- Conduct structured due diligence on customer payroll setups and constraints.
- Manage data migration, mapping, and validation.
- Plan and execute testing cycles and ensure reconciliation.
- Act as the customer’s trusted point of contact during implementation.
- Partner with internal teams to improve templates, tooling, and documentation.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects.
- Ensure documentation of all decisions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
- Provide ongoing support and mentor Implementation Specialists.
