Requirements
- Payroll management or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of payroll best practices
- Proficient in SAP
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Professional working proficiency in Serbian and Croatian
- Experience working with Pantheon software
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for the country
- Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
- Process full end-to-end payroll including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, and compliance
- Ensure full data integrity and quality
- Perform accounting and reconciliations
- Focus on KPIs and SLAs
- Implement and improve payroll processes
- Mentor and support payroll specialists
- Backup regional managers as needed
