Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, or development.
- Experience in 2 or more ServiceNow capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow AI and automation (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Now Assist).
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist features like case summarization and conversational workflows.
- Experience with system integrations using mid-servers, cloud-to-cloud, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience with Data Extraction Technologies (JDBC, ODBC) or ETL.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, SAM, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or related field.
- Willingness to obtain ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Software Engineers/Software Engineers.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics into ServiceNow modules.
- Manage all aspects of application development including design, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Design custom or product-based solutions based on ServiceNow applications.
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web services.
- Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps and validate with stakeholders.
- Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
- Remediate production incidents related to the scope.
