Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployment, or enterprise architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Data integration (APIs, ETL pipelines, SQL)
- Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Working with large, messy enterprise datasets
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts (practical application preferred over theory)
- Ability to work directly with global enterprise customers in a consulting capacity
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles (Palantir-style FDE, solutions architect, implementation engineer)
- Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience building MVPs or deploying AI-driven workflows in production environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business workflows, data environments, and risk challenges
- Design scalable AI-driven solutions aligned to customer objectives and platform capabilities
- Lead implementation of data integrations (DFI/CDIF), workflows, and AI use cases
- Configure and deploy solutions in customer environments with speed and accuracy
- Own time-to-value from onboarding through initial outcomes
- Build and deliver Proof of Concepts and MVPs that demonstrate measurable business impact
- Serve as a technical expert across customers and internal teams
- Guide integration strategies, APIs, data models, and architecture decisions
- Train internal teams and customers on platform capabilities, best practices, and solution design
- Create reusable assets, playbooks, and solution templates
- Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap
- Work closely with Implementation, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure successful adoption
