Requirements
- 5+ years of operational experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations.
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience as an administrator or power user of Jira.
- Experience modernizing operational workflows with AI.
- Strong familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to design operating rhythms.
- Excellent organizational and process management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational consistency across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the R&D operating rhythm including All-Hands and Business Reviews.
- Act as a strategic proxy and sounding board for the CPO and CTO.
- Modernize the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) by embedding AI tools.
- Manage the R&D product tech stack including Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Amplitude.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles including budget and OKRs.
- Develop internal education and training materials for Product Management.
- Manage and mentor a Product Operations Specialist.
- Coordinate customer release processes in partnership with Product Marketing.
