Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state preferred).
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical quality, training, or medical education.
- Expertise in clinical evidence and literature review.
- Track record of published peer-reviewed research.
- Ability to create engaging digital educational content.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in longevity medicine (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high-volume clinical load modeling elite communication.
- Author, update, and maintain clinical guidelines for longevity, lifestyle, and acute care.
- Record and maintain a scalable library of onboarding/multimedia training materials.
- Lead clinical training for new hires.
- Provide 1:1 coaching and mentorship during first 90 days.
- Lead systematic peer reviews and interaction grading.
- Monitor clinician performance at 30/60/90-day milestones.
