Job Details

Experience: 5+ years in cardiovascular Medical Affairs, clinical research, or related field.

Requirements

MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree required.
5+ years in cardiovascular Medical Affairs, clinical research, or related field.
Prior MSL experience required.
Regional leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
Strong understanding of cardiovascular trials and guideline development.
Deep expertise in cardiovascular disease areas such as Heart Failure, Cardiomyopathy, or Hypertension.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic peer-to-peer relationships with cardiologists and researchers.
Conduct high-level scientific exchange regarding clinical trial data and disease states.
Translate national/global medical strategy into actionable regional plans.
Provide scientific mentorship and field coaching to regional MSLs.
Partner with Clinical Development to identify high-performing trial sites.
Aggregate and communicate regional field insights to leadership.
Ensure scientific interactions comply with FDA and internal regulations.
