Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in supply chain or related business/technical fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or adjacent operational roles.
  • Strong analytical background with experience in data-driven or performance-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of improving business processes and operational workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain metrics, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to manage system-driven processes such as order execution and change management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and operational accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business functions.
  • Comfortable working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment across Planning, Sourcing, and Finance to secure funding and support global operational requirements.
  • Own and manage systems and workflows related to order execution, change orders, and invoicing processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve tools, automation, and process efficiencies.
  • Lead supply chain reporting and analytics, including performance tracking for on-time delivery, supplier commitments, and PO execution.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing teams to maintain accurate product catalogs, pricing, and lead time data.
  • Support solution design, testing, change management, and rollout of new tools and process improvements.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions to ensure effective execution of supply chain strategies.
