Requirements
- 6–10 years of professional experience
- 5 years in Analytics Consulting, Process Transformation, or Automation
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong business process mapping expertise
- BPMN modeling proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Camunda
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA
- Experience with process mining tools
- Experience with AI automation platforms or agentic AI frameworks
- Understanding of Operations and Finance processes
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end business process mapping initiatives using BPMN and Camunda.
- Create deterministic process maps and design scalable workflow automation solutions.
- Build and implement AI-driven automation solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business problems into solution approaches.
- Drive customer-facing workshops and consulting engagements.
- Present analytical solutions to senior business audiences.
- Manage end-to-end analytics and automation projects including governance and delivery.
- Use process mining tools to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Work with globally distributed teams to operationalize automation and analytics solutions.
