Requirements
- Comfortable with basic spreadsheet analysis (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables, Index/Match).
- Experience with a BI tool is a plus.
- Ability to excel in ambiguity.
- Strong work ethic and go-getter attitude.
- Strong summarization skills to highlight relevant insights from data.
- Available to work a 40-hour work week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts in support of Account Managers and the Supply Team.
- Use Looker to identify opportunities to grow the business and improve customer pricing.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to improve operational and technical processes.
- Summarize research findings for Account Managers.
- Prepare bi-weekly errors and competitiveness data for team calls.
- Perform monthly technical tier updates and manage document creation.
- Maintain existing documentation for common tasks, analysis, and processes.
- Execute self-directed or collaborative ad hoc projects.
