Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program combining technical coursework with business or management coursework.
- Foundational understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON, HTTP).
- Ability to construct basic SQL queries.
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
- Familiarity with Amplitude and Datadog.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Organized, self-directed, and capable of navigating multiple tools and Slack channels simultaneously.
- Curiosity for production system behavior and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage the TAM request channel for partner, supply, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor and respond to high-priority travel alerts using playbooks.
- Track request status and coordinate resolution with engineering and operations teams.
- Assist with documentation, playbook updates, and RCA summaries for incident reports.
- Maintain and interpret product health dashboards in Amplitude and Snowflake.
- Lead projects to improve AI usage and outcomes across the Quality organization.
- Develop reusable AI skills or workflows in the quality-ai GitLab repository.
- Collaborate with teams across Travel, Fintech, Earnings, and Operations to share learnings.
