Requirements
- At least 8 months of backend development work experience.
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience taking ownership and shipping entire features end-to-end.
- Ability to learn quickly regardless of the languages and technologies used.
- Interest in working with ETL/ELT tools and building data pipelines.
- Interest in working with Python on the backend.
- Interest in designing schemas and data modelling.
- Available for a 40-hour work week.
- Maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Ship technically challenging projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Own features, services, caches, and databases, including deployment, monitoring, debugging, and testing.
- Write production-ready, well-tested code.
- Work on product analytics backend service and data pipelines.
- Ingest, clean, validate, and organize raw data.
- Help shape data strategies to ensure consistent and predictable consumption.
- Work with key stakeholders to design and implement improved and automated processes.
