Requirements

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven expertise in GTM planning processes, including quota modeling, sales capacity planning, territory management, and forecasting.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and BI platforms such as Tableau or Sigma.
  • Experience using Python or R for advanced modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and full-funnel sales processes, including SDR/BDR, partnerships, and account management lifecycles.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve analytics, lead routing, workflow efficiency, or commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in regression analysis, trend forecasting, and sales performance modeling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present executive-level insights clearly and effectively.
  • Leadership experience managing and mentoring analytics or RevOps teams in fast-paced and globally distributed environments.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in asynchronous remote work settings with a proactive, action-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and evolution of GTM analytics and planning strategies to support a global multi-segment sales organization.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that serve as the central source of truth for revenue operations.
  • Oversee sales performance measurement, including analysis of win rates, sales cycles, churn risk, funnel efficiency, and revenue forecasting.
  • Drive annual and quarterly GTM planning initiatives, including territory planning, quota setting, headcount modeling, and capacity forecasting.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Revenue Operations teams to create unified end-to-end visibility across the customer acquisition funnel.
  • Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support proactive decision-making and revenue pacing adjustments.
  • Ensure high standards of data governance, integrity, and operational consistency across commercial reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations and actionable business narratives.
  • Mentor and manage a team of GTM analysts, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to optimize GTM workflows, sales intelligence, and operational processes.
