Requirements

- Proven experience working as an IT Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure in changing environments.
- Understanding of software development processes and business analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools and relevant business technologies.
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with attention to detail.
- Project Management certifications are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders to support project and operational goals.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and clear process documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to support project planning, timelines, and budget alignment.
- Monitor, track, and manage requirements, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure governance and consistency of requirements across different teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support user participation during testing, deployment, and implementation phases.
- Advise stakeholders on optimal solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Participate in work estimation, scope management, and project reporting activities.
