Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations-heavy role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or payments industry.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with data entry and management in various systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Real Wallet program.
- Perform manual operational tasks, including updating reports, reconciling data between different systems, and managing data transfers.
- Act as a key point of contact for ensuring data alignment across various systems.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date program reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, finance and support.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Document and refine existing SOPs to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Implement automation scripts or tools to reduce manual effort.
