Requirements

  • Previous experience in reverse supply chain operations involving IT networking or technology hardware products.
  • Strong understanding of networking infrastructure hardware and associated technologies.
  • Experience managing RMA workflows, repair coordination, or reverse logistics operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, reporting tools, and operational performance analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and globally distributed work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of returned hardware cases.
  • Analyze returned networking products, identify issues, and collaborate with technical teams to support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate swap, repair, and return activities for faulty components while maintaining clear tracking through resolution.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams, technicians, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth material movement and operational continuity.
  • Monitor remanufacturing and repair performance, identifying opportunities to improve turnaround times and reduce operational costs.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports and KPIs related to reverse supply chain activities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and insights to improve execution quality, workflow efficiency, and decision-making processes.
  • Escalate operational risks, delays, or unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, IT support, quality control, engineering, and external service providers.
