Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound SaaS sales roles.
- Proven experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with technical buyer personas such as engineers, developers, DevOps, or data professionals.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding outbound lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence technical stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify, research, and engage decision-makers within technical organizations to create new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, account prioritization, and pipeline quality improvements.
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns using modern sales tools and platforms.
- Manage the full outbound sales cycle from initial research to booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion tactics.
- Clearly communicate product value propositions to technical audiences and stay updated on offerings and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities, performance metrics, and pipeline development.
