Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within compliance-sensitive environments.
- Highly target-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Engage decision-makers such as procurement teams, medical directors, and commercial leaders.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Book high-quality meetings for senior sales executives.
- Research target accounts within pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity.
- Tailor outreach messaging to align with industry compliance and regulatory considerations.
- Consistently meet KPIs related to outreach volume, conversion rates, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
