Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Experience in SaaS or tech preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting outbound or pipeline goals.
- Strong cold messaging and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience with sales engagement platforms.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads, score them, and route to AEs.
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting Indonesia verticals.
- Conduct scalable group product demos.
- Manage and optimize outbound sequences and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with AEs for smooth opportunity hand-offs.
- Achieve weekly activity, conversion, and pipeline targets.
