Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing.
  • Understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including advertising and retail.
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s tools, mechanisms, and programs.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Growth mindset with accountability and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client accounts and work with media and content teams for strategic effectiveness.
  • Develop strategic presentations and business reviews based on client objectives.
  • Build client trust through education on Amazon and marketplace success.
  • Create roadmaps and manage projects to develop the account.
  • Partner with clients on brand strategy, marketing planning, and operational management.
  • Act as internal advocate and monitor team progress on task completion.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, retail, media, and creative departments.
  • Manage client meetings, documentation, call notes, and action items.
  • Solve client challenges and communicate Amazon updates/opportunities.
  • Innovate on and off Amazon platforms after establishing foundations.
