Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of professional recruiting or HR experience (preferably in tech, marketing, or fast-paced environments)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Workable applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to fill open positions across all departments
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting to offer and onboarding
  • Maintain candidate relationships and build talent pipelines for current and future positions
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
