Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative/research role.
- Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and various digital tools to find hidden talent.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills.
- Ability to pivot from a data-heavy research project to a high-energy candidate coaching session without missing a beat.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research into target industries to identify top-tier talent.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and our internal database to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that reflect AIP’s authentic and professional brand voice.
- Participate in and shadow senior-led interviews to learn the AIP Method of behavioral assessment.
- Coach candidates for client interviews, providing them with deep insights into company culture, technical expectations, and fit nuances.
- Conduct thorough, insightful reference checks that add qualitative value to the candidate profile.
- Develop compelling Candidate Presentation decks for clients, highlighting not just skills, but the human reason why they are a match.
- Assist in developing content and frameworks for client workshops (e.g., "Best Practices for Inclusive Hiring" or "Retention Strategies").
- Gather market intelligence and salary data to help consultants advise clients on hiring trends.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial brief through to the candidate’s first day.
