Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent skilled trades positions using various channels.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess for skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle from consultation to onboarding.
