Responsibilities

  • Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, professional media channels, job boards, and other resources
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to job requirements
  • Maintain effective relationships with professional networks to source qualified candidates
  • Cold call candidates to gauge their interest in current and future job opportunities
  • Ensure the company’s database of candidate records are up-to-date and administer them to complete these records
  • Follow up with new and existing candidates and keep them apprised of our latest opportunities
