Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent sourcing.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, recruitment tools, or digital platforms to identify talent.
  • Strong Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with ATS platforms, AI tools, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and internal databases.
  • Create personalized outreach campaigns and candidate engagement messaging.
  • Manage ATS workflows, post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate processes.
  • Participate in interview preparation, candidate coaching, and reference checks.
  • Develop candidate presentation materials highlighting qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants on executive search and strategic hiring.
  • Optimize recruitment systems, automate workflows, and maintain data integrity.
  • Support project coordination and administrative tasks.
