Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent sourcing.
- Experience using LinkedIn, recruitment tools, or digital platforms to identify talent.
- Strong Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms, AI tools, and workflow automation.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and internal databases.
- Create personalized outreach campaigns and candidate engagement messaging.
- Manage ATS workflows, post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate processes.
- Participate in interview preparation, candidate coaching, and reference checks.
- Develop candidate presentation materials highlighting qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on executive search and strategic hiring.
- Optimize recruitment systems, automate workflows, and maintain data integrity.
- Support project coordination and administrative tasks.
