Requirements
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
- Reliable, hard-wired Ethernet internet connection.
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer work.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care.
- Answer high-volume customer service calls in a remote environment.
- Gather and accurately document pet medical information.
- Schedule appointments effectively.
- Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance standards for shifts.
- Provide compassionate customer service to pet families and veterinarians.
