Requirements

  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Reliable, hard-wired Ethernet internet connection.
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
  • Previous experience in a work-from-home environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer work.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care.
  • Answer high-volume customer service calls in a remote environment.
  • Gather and accurately document pet medical information.
  • Schedule appointments effectively.
  • Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards.
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance standards for shifts.
  • Provide compassionate customer service to pet families and veterinarians.
