Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of clinical research experience within a Site/Network or CRO
- Understanding of clinical research process and pharmaceutical development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of multi-site clinical trial operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce, CTMS, eSource and eDocs platforms preferred
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational lead for assigned studies
- Partner with sponsors and CROs as a key point of contact
- Work directly with site teams to monitor enrollment progress and implement action plans
- Proactively identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive accountability by tracking KPIs
- Lead and facilitate study-related meetings
- Ensure timely and effective communication across stakeholders
- Support study start-up, amendments, and execution
- Maintain tracking of study timelines and performance metrics
- Collaborate on process improvements and onsite support
