Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in-house or in a high-growth technology environment
- Daily, hands-on use of AI in a professional setting
- Experience designing prompts, evaluating outputs, and building repeatable AI workflows
- Demonstrated experience building or managing AI-enabled workflows or legal technology solutions
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing legal technology
- Strong understanding of legal department operations (intake, matter management, knowledge management, etc.)
- Strong data literacy with experience defining metrics and building dashboards
- Experience with contract management tools, Salesforce, and Snowflake
- Experience supporting privacy program operations
- Strong project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and own Legal’s operations strategy, roadmap, and execution plan
- Build the operating model for an AI-enabled legal department
- Partner with Legal leadership to identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve cycle times
- Translate ambiguous legal and business needs into practical systems and tools
- Drive evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI-enabled legal technology and automation tools
- Design and maintain workflows with AI and tools like Jira
- Define metrics to demonstrate Legal’s business impact and build dashboards
- Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge systems in Confluence
- Lead cross-functional legal operations projects and drive change management
