- Advanced solution design skills grounded in real‑world feasibility and measurable impact
- Ability to turn business objectives into actionable technical requirements
- Deep familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Consultative acumen
- Proven record of cross‑functional collaboration
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and related CRM ecosystems
- Exposure to relationship intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies
