Requirements
- 8+ years architecting Salesforce at scale (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
- Deep, hands-on experience with Tray.io, Workato, Mulesoft, or n8n.
- Production experience with Outreach architecture (triggers, sequences, plugins, ZoomInfo enrichment).
- Strong working knowledge of Slack as a platform (Block Kit, slash commands, event subscriptions).
- Proven experience integrating GTM systems with data warehouses (Snowflake) and event streams (Kafka).
- Proficiency with version control, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD for Salesforce (sfdx).
- Experience with event-driven patterns, message queues, and distributed systems architecture.
- Fluent with AI-accelerated development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and AgentForce.
- Ability to communicate complex technical architecture to business leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of Salesforce stack (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AgentForce, Experience Cloud).
- Architect middleware fabric via Tray.io connecting Salesforce to Outreach, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, and NetSuite.
- Manage technical architecture of Outreach sequences, triggers, and bi-directional Salesforce sync.
- Collaborate with Engineering on event streams, data contracts, and Snowflake pipelines.
- Build Slack-native GTM experiences including automated reporting and incident response.
- Architect AI initiatives including AgentForce patterns and orchestration.
- Manage personal backlog and communicate trade-offs async.
