  • 3+ years of expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS
  • 7+ years of experience in information technology or application development
  • Relevant AWS certifications or accreditations
  • Critical thinking skills to articulate technical recommendations into business value
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
  • Experience working with customers and partners
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer and partner meetings

Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert in AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions
  • Integrate solutions across AWS and ISV platforms like Verint, Pega, and Salesforce
  • Design innovative solutions based on customer requirements
  • Lead technical discovery with customers during the sales cycle
  • Deliver immersive demonstrations showcasing Cloud and AI for Customer Experience
  • Work with Business Development on technical strategy and territory planning
  • Develop presentations, proposals, and workshops
  • Create Statements of Work and support RFP responses
  • Build relationships with AWS and vendor Solution Architects
  • Help customers expand to AWS services like EKS, Sagemaker, Bedrock, S3, and EC2
