- 3+ years of expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS
- 7+ years of experience in information technology or application development
- Relevant AWS certifications or accreditations
- Critical thinking skills to articulate technical recommendations into business value
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience working with customers and partners
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer and partner meetings
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert in AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions
- Integrate solutions across AWS and ISV platforms like Verint, Pega, and Salesforce
- Design innovative solutions based on customer requirements
- Lead technical discovery with customers during the sales cycle
- Deliver immersive demonstrations showcasing Cloud and AI for Customer Experience
- Work with Business Development on technical strategy and territory planning
- Develop presentations, proposals, and workshops
- Create Statements of Work and support RFP responses
- Build relationships with AWS and vendor Solution Architects
- Help customers expand to AWS services like EKS, Sagemaker, Bedrock, S3, and EC2
