Requirements
- Extensive experience in HSE consulting within a professional services or advisory environment.
- Demonstrated track record as a seller-doer with consistent business origination.
- Experience operating at Partner, Director or Principal level.
- Accountability for both revenue growth and client delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with focus on technical quality.
- Proven experience advising multinational clients and leading cross-border engagements.
- Established credibility as an industry leader or subject matter expert.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Originate and secure large, complex HSE consulting engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior operational leaders.
- Drive revenue growth against individual and practice targets.
- Provide end-to-end HSE leadership, including H&S and Environmental Management Systems.
- Lead complex, high-risk HSE engagements in sectors like construction, energy, and manufacturing.
- Develop and implement HSE strategy, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct HSE assurance, compliance audits, and root cause analysis.
