Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within a healthcare or agency environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing budgets and financial tracking for client accounts.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of industry codes of practice and legislation regarding HCP and patient communications.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in new business development and pitch presentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead client accounts up to £400K revenue.
- Provide strategic direction from project kick-off to completion.
- Manage account profitability, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Direct client and internal team meetings.
- Oversee work, performance, and professional development of team members.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with codes of practice for communication with HCPs and patients.
- Manage external service providers as needed.
