Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a healthcare or agency environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial tracking for client accounts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry codes of practice and legislation regarding HCP and patient communications.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in new business development and pitch presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client accounts up to £400K revenue.
  • Provide strategic direction from project kick-off to completion.
  • Manage account profitability, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Direct client and internal team meetings.
  • Oversee work, performance, and professional development of team members.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure compliance with codes of practice for communication with HCPs and patients.
  • Manage external service providers as needed.
