Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing Technical Engagement Management experience.
- 4+ years working knowledge of search, data, and AI technologies.
- Experience applying project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional customer-facing presence.
- Operational rigor and decisive stakeholder leadership.
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
- Professional fluency in a second European language, preferably German (Nice to have).
- Technical degree in CS, engineering, or related field (Nice to have).
- Project Management or Agile Certification (PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma) (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to ensure efficient pre-to-post sales handoff.
- Define AI Search requirements and project plans with Professional Services.
- Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding services portfolio.
- Partner with Global System Integrators on strategy.
- Manage project governance, milestones, budget, and quality.
- Provide communication on project health, progress, and risks.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Identify upsell opportunities for professional services.
- Lead post-go-live transitions to Customer Success Managers.
- Contribute to Engagement Management Practice scalability.
