Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing Technical Engagement Management experience.
  • 4+ years working knowledge of search, data, and AI technologies.
  • Experience applying project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional customer-facing presence.
  • Operational rigor and decisive stakeholder leadership.
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Professional fluency in a second European language, preferably German (Nice to have).
  • Technical degree in CS, engineering, or related field (Nice to have).
  • Project Management or Agile Certification (PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma) (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to ensure efficient pre-to-post sales handoff.
  • Define AI Search requirements and project plans with Professional Services.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding services portfolio.
  • Partner with Global System Integrators on strategy.
  • Manage project governance, milestones, budget, and quality.
  • Provide communication on project health, progress, and risks.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for professional services.
  • Lead post-go-live transitions to Customer Success Managers.
  • Contribute to Engagement Management Practice scalability.
