Requirements
- Previous experience in e-mobility sector in Nordic region
- 5+ years of solid experience in consultative selling, preferably in enterprise software
- Thought leader in e-mobility with an existing local network of target accounts and partners
- Proactive mindset with ownership of the market
- Hunter mentality
- Expertise in building and maintaining relationships from scratch
- Personable and charismatic approach
- Based in the Nordic region
- Willingness to travel internationally
- BA/MA degree in Business or Engineering
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Define and execute AMPECO's Sales and Business Development strategy in the Nordic region
- Perform outbound reach and consultative selling to create, develop, and close high-value opportunities
- Perform key account management on selected strategic clients
- Identify and develop sales-driven partnerships with local thought leaders and influencers
- Provide proactive market intelligence
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team for local campaigns/events
- Attend local events and represent AMPECO in the region
