Requirements

  • Previous experience in e-mobility sector in Nordic region
  • 5+ years of solid experience in consultative selling, preferably in enterprise software
  • Thought leader in e-mobility with an existing local network of target accounts and partners
  • Proactive mindset with ownership of the market
  • Hunter mentality
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships from scratch
  • Personable and charismatic approach
  • Based in the Nordic region
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • BA/MA degree in Business or Engineering
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute AMPECO's Sales and Business Development strategy in the Nordic region
  • Perform outbound reach and consultative selling to create, develop, and close high-value opportunities
  • Perform key account management on selected strategic clients
  • Identify and develop sales-driven partnerships with local thought leaders and influencers
  • Provide proactive market intelligence
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team for local campaigns/events
  • Attend local events and represent AMPECO in the region
